Information about pre-orders

Some products in our store are sold as pre-orders. This means that the product is not yet in stock but can be reserved before it arrives in the store.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-ordered products

If you order products that are in stock along with pre-ordered products:

  Products that are available in stock will be shipped first.
  
• 
  Pre-ordered products will be shipped separately as soon as they arrive in stock.
  

This allows you to receive your available products faster instead of having to wait for the entire order.

Delivery time for pre-orders

The delivery time for pre-ordered products may vary depending on the product and demand. We always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible once the goods are in stock.
